Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is a member of VTC Group and was established in 2003 after the merging of Financial Services Development Centre (FSDC), Information Technology Training and Development Centre (ITTDC), and Management Development Centre (MDC).  PEAK, together with its predecessors, has over 20 years of experience in professional education and corporate human resource development and is one of the leading in-service training organizations and qualifying bodies in Hong Kong.

Our courses cover the following areas: financial services, management, information technology, languages, fashion & image design, and lifestyle.  In 2007 alone, about 72,000 adult learners have enrolled in our courses.  In the area of corporate training, since 2003 more than 200 well-established companies have adopted our products and services to enhance the technical competency and professional expertise of their employees.

高峰進修學院(PEAK)是VTC機構成員，於2003年由財經事務培訓發展中心(FSDC)，資訊科技培訓發展中心 (ITTDC)及香港管理專業發展中心(MDC)合併後成立。PEAK（包括其前身的發展中心）擁有超過20年專業及企業人才培訓經驗，實力及規模皆處於領導地位。

為配合社會的發展和需要，本學院不斷開設多項培訓課程，涵蓋範圍包括：財經事務、管理專業、資訊科技、語文傳意、時裝設計及時尚品味等。單以2007年度計算，已有72,000人報讀本院課程。一直以來，本學院亦積極為僱主提供培訓服務。由2003年至今，已有超過200家大型企業採用本學院的培訓產品或專業服務，藉以提升員工的專業知識和技能。
